Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color choice, personalization errors submitted by the customer, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
Chatorre Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If an item arrives damaged during transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Chatorre Creations does not guarantee refunds, replacements, or exchanges for shipping-related damage.
