All items are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

United States Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations, including Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees charged by their country.

Once an order has shipped, Chatorre Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
